    • Plaxall is a plastics manufacturing company in Long Island City, New York. Their website was designed to provide technical and informational details to clients and prospective clients. The site features a product showcase and detailed descriptions of the manufacturing services they provide. www.plaxall.com

    • NTID is a diverse mixture of deaf, hard-of-hearing and hearing individuals. The Respect poster series aims to remind faculty and staff to respect communication preferences and use sign language in public places.

    • The Respect poster series aims to remind faculty and staff to respect communication preferences and use sign language in public places. This poster showcases a photograph of Robert Panara, RIT’s first Deaf Professor. The names of all NTID faculty and staff members are printed on the poster.

    • Schiffner.com is a unique blend of content from a wide range of subject areas, and it’s always fun to read! The logo reflects the nature of the site and its founder. www.schiffner.com

    • NTID recently completed its strategic vision for 2020. The logo communicates the simple idea of many parts coming together to form a cohesive and solid vision for the future.

    • These illustrations were created to visually represent elements of my department’s strategic vision. They were used as part of a flash-based interactive presentation.

    • Designed for an internal audience of college students and their counselors. Mostly informational, the section for counselors includes a searchable and sortable database and tools to send students video email messages. This site is password protected and is not publicly accessible.

    • The Deaf Theatre website is rich with resources and information about the subject. This includes extensive biographical information about deaf playwrights and actors, as well as videos and photos of theatre productions. This site is password protected and is not publicly accessible.

    • This design was applied to a series of Art & Design courses. The curricula encourages students to think visually and express their creativity through sketching, drawing and graphic design. Loaded with creative inspiration, the design intends to serve as a springboard for artistic students. This site is password protected and is not publicly accessible.

    • This is a department website for an internal audience of faculty members. It includes a blog authored by the department chairperson, document sharing and a resource for course materials and model papers. This site is password protected and is not publicly accessible.

    • Users of this library are able to preview an organized collection of deaf-related videos. They then can “borrow” the videos for playback in their own online courses. This site is password protected and is not publicly accessible.

    • This design was used for a prototype but is no longer in use.

    • This site was developed as a central location for a faculty member to access various custom videoconferencing configurations during remote tutoring sessions. This site is password protected and is not publicly accessible.

    • Part of an internal grant project, this tool presents questions to deaf students in need of counseling. Students answer signed video questions on an iPad. Counselors can instantly review their responses before meeting with the student and track their results over time. This web app is password protected and is not publicly accessible.
